It is hard to see, but this is quite pretty done up, and it has little pointy triangles in between the blades of the Dresden. I saw it in 30's fabrics, and it was stunning. I found another one being done with a tutorial for this here at Magpie Quilts. Here is a quick picture of her fabrics:
