My daughter, Cari and her husband, Danny will be making Corned Beef and Cabbage. The family will all meet tonight for the feast and some jammin on the fiddles, banjo and mandolin. I can't wait!

Happy St. Patrick's Day
This is a big deal in our family. I am primarily Polish, with a little French, Dutch and Danish from my mother, but totally Irish on St. Patrick's Day. My husband's family has more than a wee bit of the Irish in them, and they love to celebrate it. Today I am making Irish Soda Bread

We had SO much fun during (and after with the pictures!) our celebration! Yummy food and even better company...couldn't ask for anything more!
