Dresden Pattern Links

One of the quilts on my to-do list is the Dresden.  I bought the pattern to do one that I love from Laundry Basket Quilts called Dresden Star.  This is the pattern:

It is hard to see, but this is quite pretty done up, and it has little pointy triangles in between the blades of the Dresden.  I saw it in 30's fabrics, and it was stunning.  I found another one being done with a tutorial for this here at Magpie Quilts.  Here is a quick picture of her fabrics:

This looks hard but is relatively easy.  

Today I found a website with many links to different free patterns for Dresdens.  It is amazing how different the same block can look.  I will add the link to this page in the Free Quilt Blocks/Patterns section (see tabs above) under Dresden for future reference, but check out all of the variations and free patterns.  The site name is Quilt Inspiration.  Click here to check it out.  Here is just one of her offerings:
